Temporary procedures during Covid-19

If you would like to drop off a rug for cleaning, please read the following info before coming

  1. Call to schedule an appointment
  2. When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle. Call our office line, our technicians will come out to remove the rug from your vehicle
  3. If a quote has not already been provide, we will bring the rug inside, measure it, and then come back out with the costs
  4. Our normal paper ‘drop-off’ sheets will now be emailed

If you would like us to pick up the rug

  1. Call/text/email to set an appointment
  2. Leave rug on porch. If that is not possible, we are happy to come inside, we will be wearing gloves, foot covers, and surgical masks
  3. Practice social distancing
  4. Pre-payment

Pick up and delivery in the KC metro area is free on orders over $120. Pick up and delivery outside of the KC metro area free on orders over $400.
